about chalet after meeting.

Chalet tasks:
- Food : Farhan, Hafiz, Zara, Atikah, Qin Yi
- Logistics / Admin : Meng Yeow, Patrick, Dhanish, Earlene
- Games : Deerick, Janet, Serene
- Photographer : Earlene, Sebastian
Info on chalet:
- 3 days 2 nights for all members, 4 days 3 nights for organizing committee
- Venue : TBC
- Dates : TBC ( in the month of either Aug or Oct, not clashing with the fasting period )
- Pricing : TBC
